Job Summary
Assistant Teacher helps lead a welcoming, safe classroom environment and supports teachers in implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum across Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool. Responsibilities include classroom leadership, curriculum implementation, ensuring safety and nurturance, communicating with families about child progress via apps and in-person discussions, collaborating with center staff to drive retention and enrollment goals, and building warm relationships with families and colleagues. Must meet state guidelines and health/safety training requirements; educational background includes a High School Diploma or GED with ECE coursework preferred.
