Job Summary
Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience delivering caring, safe, nurturing classroom environments for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children. Partner with lead teachers to implement the LEAP Curriculum, support enrollment and engagement efforts, communicate with families about children’s milestones, and help create a welcoming space that encourages growth, exploration, and month-to-month development. Requires a high school diploma or GED and adherence to state guidelines; ECE coursework preferred. Strong communication with parents and collaboration with center staff are essential.
