Job Summary
Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience (Cypress-Northpointe) to partner with teachers in creating a stimulating, welcoming classroom; responsibilities include classroom leadership, curriculum implementation of the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, ensuring safety, communicating with families, collaborating with staff to drive retention and enrollment, and building positive relationships with children and families. Requires a High School Diploma/GED, 18+, childcare experience preferred, immunizations and health/safety trainings, and a flexible schedule from 6:30am–6:30pm.
