Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and supporting children’s development across social, emotional, cognitive and physical domains. Help prepare classroom materials, maintain a safe and inviting learning environment, supervise activities, provide individualized support, and communicate student progress to families. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements while fostering a nurturing, collaborative classroom that supports growth and advancement opportunities for both students and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
- Must adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations
