Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and prepare classroom materials to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement, supervise individualized support, and foster a sense of belonging. Communicate with families about child progress and daily activities while adhering to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. Manage daily care routines to promote a nurturing learning environment. The role requires a high school diploma with a preference for an associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, plus previous experience in licensed childcare.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
- Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
