Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement. Prepare classroom materials, ensure a safe and clean environment, and supervise individualized support to foster a sense of belonging. Communicate with families regarding child progress and daily activities while adhering to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. Support daily care routines to promote a nurturing learning environment. Requires high school diploma, preferred associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, and experience in licensed childcare. Must pass state background checks and lift up to 50 lbs. Located in Miramar, FL, with no nights or weekends.
