Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and preparing classroom materials to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement, individualized supervision, and daily care routines. Foster a sense of belonging while communicating with families about their child's progress and adhering to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. This role requires a high school diploma, preferred associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, and experience in a licensed childcare setting.
