Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, support children’s development through active engagement and positive interactions, prepare classroom materials, supervise and provide individualized support, communicate with families about progress, and adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment. Requires a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred); ability to lift up to 50 lbs; capable of working with supervision; opportunity for advancement and participation in professional development and tuition reimbursement.
