Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate preschool curriculum, support emotional and behavioral development, maintain a nurturing and safe classroom, collaborate with the teaching team and school leaders, and engage families. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, hygiene, and sanitation, upholding company values (Children First, Trust, Innovation, Make a Difference), and contributing to a professional, team-oriented environment. compensation includes competitive hourly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition discount, holidays, and professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Experience: 1+ years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
