Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in a fun, interactive, and clean classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development while effectively communicating with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Maintain an energetic presence engaging children in both indoor and outdoor physical activities. This role is part of a journey where you learn, grow, and thrive alongside children to inspire them to become lifelong learners.
