Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, and clean classroom environment. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate with families regarding progress and needs. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics to support your growth as an educator. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors.
