Assistant Teachers help create a fun, interactive classroom and ensure daily care of every child while following licensing guidelines and company standards. Responsibilities include engaging with children indoors or outdoors, observing and planning for their development, communicating effectively with families, and completing extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The role requires energy, dependability, and a passion for working with children, with the ability to meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience and to engage in physical activity with children.
