Job Summary
Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAC standards and Arizona Early Learning Standards. Curate programs and activities based on children's interests, maintaining a warm, clean environment that permits exploration. Partner with families to create individualized care and education plans, providing effective communication regarding their child's progress. Work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home. Full-time, no evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Ability to work within regular operating hours
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment
