Job Summary
Conduct afternoon supervision and care for children in an early education center, assisting with hands-on activities to meet their needs. Maintain open communication with parents by sharing daily milestones and ensure a safe, clean classroom by following essential procedures. Collaborate with the team to create engaging curriculum that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Work between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. in person, complying with all applicable health, safety, and immunization requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- pass required state and company background checks
- meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings
- CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field
- work in person in an early education/preschool child care center
