Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, effectively communicate with families, and engage in physical activity both indoors and outdoors. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Monday-Friday work week. Immediate health insurance, paid time-off, 401K, and education assistance including tuition reimbursement are provided for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
