Job Summary
Conduct daily childcare assistance duties in beautifully equipped classrooms, supporting early childhood education for children while collaborating with knowledgeable support staff. Deliver positive reinforcement, encourage learning, and help shape future leaders through a team-centered approach focused on social and emotional brain development. This part-time or full-time role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours from 6:30am-6:00pm, with a starting hourly wage of $15.80. Required Qualifications
- Be able to work a flexible, part-time or full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm
- Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude
- Be willing to learn and grow as an educator
- Enjoy working with children
- Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position
- Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work
- Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines
- Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
- Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies
