Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in a fun, interactive, and organized classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children while effectively communicating with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Maintain a clean, engaging environment that supports physical activity indoors or outdoors. Assist in fostering a learning atmosphere where children become lifelong learners.
