Job Summary
Support lesson delivery alongside the Primary Teacher, lead pre-assigned classroom activities, and provide targeted support to new and struggling students. Assist with homework sessions, maintain classroom flow, and independently teach or substitute teach in the absence of the primary teacher. Arrive 15 minutes before class starts, assist with setup and standards upkeep, and support transitions, engagement, and student behavior expectations. Assist with attendance tracking, marking, preparation, and updating Brightspace records while providing observational feedback on student progress. Complete mandatory background screening and FTM 1 and FTM 2 certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 18+
- Bachelor's Degree

- Successful completion of mandatory background screening (vulnerability check)
- Completion and passing of FTM 1
- Completion and passing of FTM 2
- Ability to commit to regular weekly shifts
