Job Summary
Assist Preschool Teacher in Toddler and PreK classrooms; implement STEM lesson plans (course material provided); create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning; communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and support child development; implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among students; observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs; maintain a clean, organized classroom; be a very caring motherly type teacher and a team player.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
- Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to use iPads efficiently.
