Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role supports a mission to inspire children to become lifelong learners within a child care center that offers health insurance, education assistance, and a Monday-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
