Job Summary
Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors. This role is part of a journey where you learn, grow, and thrive alongside children to inspire them to become lifelong learners.
