Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized. Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, while effectively communicating with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Work indoors or outdoors engaging in physical activity with children. Monday-Friday work week. Immediate health insurance, paid time-off, and 401K provided for full-time employees.
