Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate observations and plans with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. Work Monday through Friday. Immediate health insurance, paid time off, 401K match, and tuition reimbursement are provided for full-time employees.
