Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, and organized classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate with families regarding their progress. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics to support your growth as a difference maker. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role is part of a journey where you learn, grow, and thrive alongside the children.
