Job Summary
Assist the classroom teacher in planning and carrying out individualized education plans and classroom activities; support development across social, emotional, intellectual, language, and physical domains in a nurturing environment; maintain confidentiality and accurate records on each child's progress; communicate with supervisor and Family Advocate regarding classroom activities, enrollment, attendance, and needs; collaborate with a team of teachers and support staff; assist with parent engagement activities and family events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with child development coursework leading to a CDA
- CDA certification required within two years of employment
- A minimum of one year of related childcare experience
