Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, and clean classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, and effectively communicate with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role is part of a journey where you learn, grow, and thrive alongside children at La Petite Academy.
