Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in a fun, interactive, and clean classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children while effectively communicating with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role requires state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience. Candidates must be energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.
