Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, then effectively communicate with families regarding their progress and needs. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role requires meeting state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience, with employment contingent upon successful completion of Florida's required background screening.
