Job Summary
Support the Lead Teacher in delivering daily lessons and routines using the Frog Street curriculum while assisting with caregiving tasks like diapering, toileting, and meal routines. Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment, manage behavior, and supervise children during indoor play, outdoor activities, meals, rest time, and transitions. Foster relationships with students and families through kind, professional interactions while ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and school policies. This role is located at our Bogart campus, with a Monday-Friday schedule and pay ranging from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour based on education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Must pass all required background checks and meet DECAL requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- CDA, TCC, or experience working toward an early childhood education credential
