Job Summary
Guide and supervise all classroom activities while implementing daily routines with warmth and consistency. Foster a safe, engaging environment for infants and toddlers by building strong relationships through responsive interactions and play-based learning. Support the Lead Teacher in promoting developmental milestones and ensuring emotional security for young learners. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Join a compassionate team dedicated to protecting and empowering at-risk children and families through quality community-based services.
Required Qualifications
- A caring, upbeat personality and genuine love for working with young children
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
- Associate's Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in early childhood education/development
Desired Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience working with children ages birth-5 in a classroom setting
