Job Summary
Assist in a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6, supporting individualized and small-group activities, preparing and maintaining an orderly, beautiful learning environment, and building warm, respectful relationships with children and families. Collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to foster a calm, engaging space where children explore and grow at their own pace; observe and understand each child’s needs; participate in Montessori diploma training through the Prepared Montessorian Institute; and enjoy professional development, tuition discounts for families, and comprehensive benefits. Our Guidepost Montessori program emphasizes independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting
- A positive adaptable collaborative mindset
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required)
