Job Summary
Assist in a mixed-age Montessori classroom serving ages 0–6, helping create a calm, engaging environment where children are empowered to explore, learn, and grow. Observe children to understand their individual needs, help maintain an orderly learning space, support individualized and small-group activities, and build warm relationships with children and families. Collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to foster a strong classroom community. Fully sponsored Montessori diploma training through the Prepared Montessorian Institute and ongoing professional development are provided, along with tuition discounts for children and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting
- Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
- Genuine love for working with young children
- Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience welcome but not required)
