Job Summary
Assistant Guide at Guidepost Montessori in Beaverton supports a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6, helping create a calm, engaging environment where children are empowered to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. Responsibilities include observing children to understand and support individual needs, preparing and maintaining an orderly classroom, supporting individual and small-group learning activities, building warm relationships with children and families, and collaborating with Lead Guides and team members to foster a strong classroom community. Required Qualifications
