Job Summary
Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs in a mixed-age Montessori classroom. Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly learning environment while supporting individual and small-group activities for children ages 0–6. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families, collaborating with Lead Guides to foster a strong classroom community. Assist in creating a calm space where young learners are empowered to explore and grow at their own pace.
Required Qualifications
- Meet state education and experience requirements
- Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting
- A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
- A genuine love for working with young children
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach
- prior Montessori experience
