Job Summary
Assist in maintaining a Montessori classroom for ages 0–6 by observing children, supporting individual and small-group activities, and helping create a calm, engaging environment. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families; collaborate with Lead Guides to foster a strong classroom community. Required Qualifications
