Job Summary
Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs in a mixed-age Montessori classroom. Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly learning environment for infants through six-year-olds. Support individual and small-group activities while building warm, respectful relationships with children and families. Collaborate with Lead Guides to create a strong classroom community where students explore and grow at their own pace. This role offers fully sponsored diploma training, ongoing mentorship, and a 75% tuition discount for up to two children. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting
- A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
