Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and prepare classroom materials to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement, supervise individualized care routines, and foster a sense of belonging. Communicate with families regarding child progress and daily activities while adhering to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. This role requires a high school diploma with preferred early childhood education credentials, previous licensed childcare experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. No nights or weekends are required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
- Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
Desired Qualifications
- associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
