Job Summary
Carry out daily lesson plans and assist in creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Communicate professionally with parents, children, and team members while utilizing technology to document and deliver child progress reports. Exhibit empathy toward children's emotions and parents' needs, presenting age-appropriate expectations and demonstrating willingness to grow into a Lead Teacher role. Interact daily with children, families, and staff to support a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
