Job Summary
Maintain a fun, interactive classroom by following licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Develop observation and assessment skills to accurately evaluate children, plan developmentally appropriate activities, and communicate effectively with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics while engaging in physical activity both indoors and outdoors. Work Monday through Friday with a passion for inspiring children to become lifelong learners.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
