Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, and clean classroom environment. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate these insights with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics while engaging in physical activity with students indoors or outdoors. Monday through Friday work week with bi-weekly and daily pay options ranging from $14.42 to $14.98. Limited medical offered for part-time workers; education assistance, tuition reimbursement, and certification support available.
