Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized while following all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, then effectively communicate with families regarding their progress. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role is part of Everbrook Academy of Brooklyn Park's journey to inspire children to become lifelong learners.
