Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during activities, meals, and naptime to ensure safety. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote development, monitor progress, and create a harmonious environment where children and teachers thrive. Guide children with empathy, set clear boundaries with kindness, and foster self-regulation while collaborating with families and colleagues. Requires a high school diploma, preferably an AA or BA in Early Childhood Education, and strong social-emotional skills. Competitive pay of $17.50–$19.00/hr, childcare tuition discounts, and career development programs available.
