Assistant Teacher

Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while monitoring their progress and ensuring their safety at all times. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day by guiding children with empathy, setting clear boundaries with kindness, and fostering a nurturing environment that encourages self-regulation and respect. Collaborate with families, colleagues, and school leadership to support each child's growth and the classroom community.
