Assistant Teacher

Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while monitoring their progress and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role supports educators at Step by Step, part of Endeavor Schools, which operates over 100 schools nationwide with various educational styles.
