Job Summary
Assist in daily lesson planning and delivery as part of a supportive early childhood education team. Responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment, documenting and communicating children's progress, and collaborating with parents and staff. Demonstrates empathy, delivers age-appropriate expectations, and shows a desire to grow into a Lead Teacher role within COA, with opportunities for internal career advancement and benefits including a childcare discount. Requires High School Diploma or GED and 540 hours of licensed childcare experience; compensation ranges from $17.00–$19.00 per hour dependent on location and experience.
