Job Summary
Facilitate developmentally appropriate learning experiences and assist with daily routines, program implementation, and classroom activities in a safe, nurturing environment. Supervise children, maintain infection control procedures, and ensure the safety of equipment and materials while documenting children's development through forms, records, and anecdotal notes. Communicate appropriately with children, parents, and staff to foster meaningful connections. Maintain a safe, organized, well-supplied learning environment and complete required training, including CPR/first aid and NAEYC accreditation standards. Comply with licensing, BSA/AML, and OFAC regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Adult, Infant and Child CPR/ First Aid certification
- Regular attendance
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction
- Ability to comply with Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering laws and regulations (BSA/AML)
- Ability to comply with office of foreign assets control laws and regulations (OFAC)
- Subject to a criminal background check
