Job Summary
Seeking full-time Assistant Teachers for Infant, Toddler, and Preschool for CTI’s Head Start Program. Ideal candidates should have a desire to work with low-income families and possess required certifications in early childhood education.
Required Qualifications
- Desire to work with low income, culturally diverse, and at-risk families and individuals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Infant Toddler CDA or Infant Toddler EEC Lead Teacher Certified
- Preschool CDA or Preschool EEC Lead Teacher certification
- EEC Certified or ability to become certified in 3 months
- 3 years teaching experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience working with low-income individuals or families preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual a plus
- Proficient in basic computer software and data collection systems
- Excellent crisis management skills
