Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
