Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in a fun, interactive, and clean classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development while effectively communicating with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Maintain a fun, engaging environment that supports children's growth through both indoor and outdoor physical activities. Assist teachers in meeting state and accreditation requirements for education and experience.
