Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, and clean classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate with families regarding their progress. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics to support your growth as a teacher. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role requires meeting state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
